What made you start your fitness lifestyle/journey?
I’ve always been into staying fit growing up. After having 3 kids, I suffered a condition called abdominal separation, where I eventually went under surgery to fix it. I’ve gained back my confidence and I love working out and seeing the progress in strengthening my core and living a much happier life.
Tell us about your workout routines, favorite workouts.
I go to the gym 3 – 4 times a week and take HIIT classes for cardio and muscle tone.
Tell us about your fitness goals, and end game for when you reach your desired body.
My goal is to tone up and achieve my six pack and once I do I want to inspire the thousands of women that are going through the same condition I experienced and motivate them to gain their confidence back again.
